Yes. The District's Medically Needy program provides Medicaid coverage to certain eligibility groups to include pregnant women, parent/caregiver relatives, children, and aged, blind and disabled individuals with income over the Medicaid limit but who also have high medical expenses. These individuals are known as the "medically needy". The District's Medically Needy program will not be changing.
