OPTION 1: By Benefit Level
Employer offers all plans from all insurance companies in a benefit level. The benefit levels are: Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze. Employer picks benefit level.
OPTION 2: By Insurance Company
Employer offers all plans, at all benefit levels, from one insurance company. The insurance companies are: Aetna, CareFirst, Kaiser Permanente, or UnitedHealthcare. Employer picks the insurance company.
