Who can use DC Health Link?

DC Health Link will be available to anyone seeking information about health insurance options in the District. Those eligible to enroll in coverage through DC Health Link include:

  • Small businesses located in the District with 50 or fewer full-time equivalent employees;
  • Members of Congress and their designated staff;
  • People who are uninsured;
  • People who buy their own health insurance; or
  • People who work part-time and don't qualify for their employer's benefits.
