Most plans available through the Small Business marketplace provide abortion coverage; however, the following plans do NOT for the years indicated.

• The following CareFirst plans do not provide coverage for elective abortions:
• BluePreferred PPO Gold 1200 Ded (2025)
• The following United Healthcare plans do not provide coverage for elective abortions:
• UHC Choice Plus Gold 3000-2 (2025)
• Aetna plans do not provide coverage for elective abortions (2024)

Important: In the Small Business marketplace, plan year start dates may not be based on calendar years. The years listed reflect the employer plan year, not when an employee’s coverage begins.
