When an employer offers health insurance through DC Health Link, do they have to offer health insurance to all employees, including part-time workers?

Small businesses owners offering coverage through DC Health Link must offer coverage to at least all full-time employees working on average 30 hours per week. Employers can choose to offer coverage to part-time employees if they wish.
