I'm enrolled in a private health plan through DC Health Link and want to switch plans during the next open enrollment. How do I do that?

Open enrollment begins on November 1. Once open enrollment begins, login to your account, review your information and choose a new plan. You can also use DC Health Link’s Plan Match tool to help you find the plan that best fits your needs.

Select a Plan by: Your Coverage Begins on:
December 15 January 1
December 16 – January 15 February 1
January 16 – January 31 March 1

Open enrollment ends on January 31. After that, you’ll only be able to change to a different plan if you qualify for a special enrollment period.
