How do General Agencies submit an application to DC Health Link?

Go to dchealthlink.com. Select the “Broker” drop down menu at the top of the webpage. Then select “Register” and choose “General Agency.” You can also visit the General Agency Registration page.

Please enter the requested information including the Agency’s NPN under “Personal Information”.
