How do Brokers assist their clients through their Broker portal?
Brokers have full access to employee, employer and Individual & Family accounts through their Broker portal. Once an employer assigns a Broker within their account, the employer’s account will display within the Broker’s “Employers” tab. Once employees have created their accounts and linked to the employer, the employees will display on the “Families” tab within the blue bar at the top of the Broker’s account, as well as in the “Families” tab located within each employer account.
Individual & Family Marketplace consumers will display in the “Families” tab.
