Can I enroll outside of my employer's annual open enrollment period?
You can only enroll outside your employer’s annual open enrollment period if you’ve recently had a life change that qualifies you for a special enrollment period. If you qualify, you’ll have limited time to enroll (usually 30 days after the change). You can find a full list of the life changes that qualify here.
