DC Health Link @ Northern Virginia Health Services Coalition

The Northern Virginia Health Services Coalition is a group of 17 safety-net health care organizations and other stakeholders who meet regularly to improve health care for residents of Northern Virginia. With the coming Medicaid expansion in Virginia, officials from the DC Health Benefit Exchange Authority, including Linda Wharton-Boyd, Director of Communications and External Affairs, Emilia Cortes-Gomez, Community Outreach Specialist and Angela Franco, Senior Business Advisor, will advise the group about successful outreach, marketing, and enrollment strategies.
