DC Health Link @ Sober Fun Pop-Up & Back-to-School Backpack Giveaways

DC Health Link is partnering with the Georgia Avenue Family Support Collaborative to promote back to school immunization and vaccination shots or certification approval documents to show children have been screened to enter schools. DC Health Link Certified Assisters will be on-site to provide in-person education and enrollment assistance to District consumers, as well as answer questions and provide information about Medicaid options and financial help with plan premiums.
