DC Health Link in partnership with local beauty and barber shops will be distributing DC Health Link Open Enrollment Information rack cards along with branded promotional products to encourage the uninsured to get insured and to tell others. At the Midtown Barbershop, DC Health Link certified assisters will be onsite to answer questions and provide an opportunity for customers to enroll in high- quality, affordable health insurance plans.
