DC Health Link @ Arts and Community Exchange

DC Health Link will join Leadership Council for Healthy Communities at Hook Hall where be local artisans will be on location to showcase their creations. Attendees will be able to get COVID-19 test and vaccinations. Food will be available. DC Health Link will be on site to share information about health insurance plans with DC Health Link and opportunities for eligible persons to enroll in health insurance will also be available on site.
