DC Health Link @ Health Fair/Food Giveaway & COVID vaccine clinic

DC Health Link will join Leadership Council for Healthy Communities' First Baptist Church, as they kick off events in recognition of the Juneteenth holiday, a day set aside to recognize the emancipation of enslaved African Americans. At the Juneteenth holiday event, there will be health screenings, tobacco cessation resources, healthy green smoothies, food, music, exercising and games as well As COVID vaccinations available. DC Health Link will be on site to share information about health insurance plans with DC Health Link, opportunities for eligible persons to enroll in health insurance will also be available on site.
