As a major component of the DC Health Link outreach effort, various faith based initiatives have been created to actively engage faith leaders in the campaign to reach and enroll District residents and small businesses in affordable health insurance plans. At the faith based enrollment sites, DC Health Link certified in-person assisters and licensed health insurance brokers are available to provide information about the Affordable Care Act (ACA), the new online market place, DC Health Link, and new Medicaid options so that DC residents can get ENROLLED and COVERED.
