DC Health Link @ Worship Experience Honoring Fathers & Juneteenth Vaccination and Testing Clinic

DC Health Link will join Leadership Council for Healthy Communities' Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church to Honor Fathers on Fathers’ Day and celebrate Juneteenth, a day set aside to recognize the emancipation of enslaved African Americans. At this event, several health screening and/or vaccination will be provided including COVID-19 test and vaccinations, kidney screening and shingles vaccination. Food will be served to persons in attendance. DC Health Link will be on site to share information about health insurance plans with DC Health Link and opportunities for eligible persons to enroll in health insurance will also be available on site.
