DC Health Link @ Ward 6 Health Initiative - Health Slam Jam

Westminster Presbyterian Church and the Ward 6 Health Initiative will host a health fair featuring a farmer’s market, dance exercises, yoga, children’s dental screenings, medical screenings and health information. Entertainment will be provided by DJs Tim & Tony. The fair is sponsored by MedStar Family Choice, Terrific Inc., Unity Health Care, My Sister’s Place, START At Westminster Thelma D. Jones Breast Cancer Fund, and DC Volunteer Lawyers Projects (DCVLP). DC Health Link certified assisters will be on site to provide in-person education and enrollment assistance to District consumers as well as answer questions, and provide information about Medicaid options and financial help with plan premiums.
