Ward 7 Enrollment Day at DC Public Library

A concerted effort will be made to enroll Ward 7 residents in affordable health plans through DC Health Link at the Ward 7 libraries. The event will enable Ward 7 residents, small business owners and their employees to enroll in health insurance plans that meet their needs and budgets. Trained experts will be on-site to assist with the enrollment process. The Ward 7 Enrollment Day will officially open at 10:30 am at Dorothy I Height Library with a brief program and special remarks by business, political and civic leaders who will offer encouraging words to residents about the importance of maintaining healthy lifestyles and obtaining quality health insurance. In addition to enrollment booths and exhibits, FREE health screening and activities for children will take place. The day is designed to raise awareness about and encourage enrollment in DC Health Link.
