What do I do if I haven’t received my monthly invoice in the mail or it doesn’t show up on my credit card statement?

Please call your health or dental insurance company immediately to determine whether your coverage is still active. Health and dental insurance companies generally have multiple ways that you can pay your bill (online, by phone, and by mail). Be sure to contact your insurance company before the first of the month to check-in on what you may owe. Remember, it’s your responsibility to make sure that your monthly premiums are paid, even if your mail delivery is delayed, you’re out of town, or other unexpected circumstances occur.
