To terminate your plan, you will need to contact DC Health Link. You can make your request by calling (855) 532-5465 or emailing [email protected].

You must give us at least 14 days' notice before the date you would like to terminate your plan. For example, if you contact us on July 22, the earliest date we could end your plan would be August 5^th. You could also select a later end date for your plan, like August 17^th or August 30^th if you prefer.
