Health Carrier Contact Info

If you've selected a plan through DC Health Link and paid your first month's premium, but have not received your Member ID card, you can contact your carrier about accessing benefits starting the first of the following month. If you have not yet paid for your enrollment, you will need to contact your carrier to pay before you can access benefits. Please see information below for carrier contact instructions.

    Once you've paid your first month’s premium and your policy is effective, you can go to My Account to view your benefits, search for doctors, see your payment options or print a temporary ID card.

    If you've selected Kaiser Permanente on DC Health Link, you may call 1-800-777-7902 to speak with a customer service representative about your coverage or to pay by phone.

    If you've paid your first month's premium, you will be able to get information on accessing benefits by calling customer service.
